This Privacy Policy describes how iqueue.cloud (“iqueue.cloud,” “us,” “our,” or “we”) collects, uses, and protects the personal information of users and visitors (“Users/Visitors”) of our website (iqueue.cloud) and our queue management software, iqueue.cloud, along with the services provided therein (collectively, the “Services”). It also describes the rights you have regarding your personal information.

If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy or our Terms of Use, you should immediately discontinue use of the Services without providing us any personally identifiable information.
1. Definitions
For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:
- User/Visitors:Refers to individuals who utilize iqueue.cloud’s website (iqueue.cloud) and/or iqueue.cloud’s queue management software, iqueue.cloud, along with the services provided therein.
- Customer:Refers to iqueue.cloud Clients who subscribe to iqueue.cloud’s customer experience management, appointment scheduling, and queue management products for use by their personnel and their visitors.
- Company:Refers to Cobalt Fire Software LLC (also referred to as “iqueue.cloud,” “us,” “our,” “we”).
- Services:Encompasses (I) iqueue.cloud’s website and (II) iqueue.cloud’s customer experience management, the iqueue.cloud applications, appointment scheduling, and queue management product.
- PII (Personally Identifiable Information):Refers to any information related to an identified or identifiable natural person. An identifiable natural person is someone who can be identified directly or indirectly, particularly by reference to an identifier such as a name, a phone number, location data, an online identifier, or one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity of that natural person.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of personal information:
- Name
- Phone Number
- Email Address
We use personal information strictly for the processing of visitors within the iQueue Virtual Line Manager application.
3. Legal Requirement for PII
Users are not legally obligated to provide PII. However, certain services within the Services may require the submission of PII as per the terms outlined in this privacy policy. Withholding requested PII may result in limited access to or degradation in certain services. If you do not agree with the terms of this privacy policy and choose to withhold requested PII, it may not be possible for you to access certain services within the Services.
iqueue.cloud uses user’s PII solely for the purpose of providing our Services to the Customer.
4. Information Sharing
As part of providing the Services, our affiliates, agents, representatives, trusted business partners, and third-party service providers may have access to your PII. We require these parties to process such information in compliance with this Privacy Policy and subject to security and other appropriate confidentiality safeguards.
The Company may also share PII in the following circumstances:
(a) as required for the provision, maintenance, and improvement of the Services;

5. Third-Party Information Sharing
iqueue.cloud only uses information as defined in this policy, meaning we will never sell, trade, or otherwise share your personally identifiable or anonymized information. This does not include trusted third parties that support us in operating our website or servicing our visitors as long as these partners comply with our privacy guidelines.
We share cookie data with Google. To opt out of being tracked by Google Analytics across all websites, visit Google Analytics Opt-out.
We also share the data collected via this website, our applications, and our services with third-party software providers that supply us with software tools used to handle the data in accordance with this Policy. We will only transfer your information to a third-party service provider where we are satisfied that adequate levels of protection are in place to protect the integrity and security of any information being processed and compliance with applicable privacy and data protection laws.
6. Information Security and Data Retention

Nothing in this Privacy Policy is interpreted as an obligation to store information, and we may, at our own discretion, delete or avoid recording and storing any and all information. iqueue.cloud assumes no responsibility regarding the accuracy of the information that is provided by iqueue.cloud, and use of such information is at the recipient’s own risk. iqueue.cloud provides no assurances that any reported problems may be resolved with the use of any information that iqueue.cloud provides. By furnishing information, iqueue.cloud does not grant any licenses to any copyrights, patents, or any other intellectual property rights.
8. Your Rights
- Right of Access and Rectification: You have the right to know what PII we collect about you and to ensure that such data is accurate and relevant for the purposes for which we collected it. We allow our users the option to access and obtain a copy of their PII and to rectify such PII if it is not accurate, complete, or updated. However, we may first ask you to provide us with certain credentials to permit us to identify your PII. We will not release your name or otherwise publicize the fact that you submitted materials or other information to us unless: (a) we obtain your permission to use your name; or (b) we first notify you that the materials or other information you submit to a particular part of this site will be published or otherwise used with your name on it; or (c) we are required to do so by law.
- Right to Delete PII or Restrict Processing: Users may request to view, modify, or remove their personal data at any time. If you no longer want to receive our newsletter, emails, or other marketing communications, you may unsubscribe at any time by following the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of our emails, replying “STOP” to any text message you receive from us, or contacting us using the contact details in the Contact Information section.
- Right to Withdraw Consent: You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your PII. Exercising this right will not affect the lawfulness of processing your PII based on your consent before its withdrawal.
- Right of Data Portability: Where technically feasible, you have the right to ask to transfer your PII in accordance with your right to data portability. You may exercise the above rights by sending a request to support@iqueue.cloud.
- Right to Lodge Complaint: You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority regarding the processing of your PII.
9. Children’s Privacy
These Services are not intended for Users under the age of 13. iqueue.cloud does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 13. If you are aware of, or suspect that, someone under the age of 13 is using the Services without permission, please notify us immediately by contacting us as detailed below. Links to other services, sites, accounts, and applications may be provided by the Company as a convenience to our users. The Company is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of other sites and applications, and you visit them at your own risk. This Privacy Policy applies solely to Personally Identifiable Information (PII) collected and processed by us.

Only you or your authorized agent may submit a request to exercise your rights under the CCPA. If you make a request outside of your user account, your request must provide sufficient information to allow us to verify who you are and that you are, or the person on whose behalf you are acting is, a California resident. We will attempt to verify your identity using information we may have on file about you (e.g., name, telephone number, email address). If it is not reasonably possible to verify your identity, we may not be able to respond to your request.
To use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, you will need to directly confirm with us that you provided the authorized agent permission to submit the request and provide us with signed permission for the authorized agent to act on your behalf. You will also need to verify your identity directly with us. 13. Enforcement

When we receive formal written complaints, the Company’s policy is to contact the complaining user regarding their concerns. We will cooperate with the appropriate regulatory authorities, including local data protection authorities, to resolve any complaints regarding the transfer of PII that cannot be resolved between the Company and an individual.
14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
iqueue.cloud has the discretion to update this Privacy Policy at any time. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect, especially before you provide information, and particularly personal information, directly to us through the Services. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this privacy policy periodically and become aware of modifications.
15. Consent To Processing
By providing any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) to us pursuant to this Privacy Policy, all users, including, without limitation, users in the United States, Canada, and member states of the European Union, fully understand and unambiguously consent to this Privacy Policy and to the collection and processing of such PII. By submitting your PII through the Services, you consent, acknowledge, and agree that we may collect, use, transfer, and disclose your PII as described in this Privacy Policy. You hereby acknowledge that your consent is provided at your volition and not due to a legal obligation.
